I asked myself: "How can I be a happy dreamstimer?" It's quite easy if you look around: have fun and win a lot of $$$ .. duuhh

But there are two specific extremes:

- The genius artist - he wins some money when people like his masterpiece, but he is hurt when the other true masterpieces get 0 downloads for months or especially when they get rejected from the start.

- The selling manager - he is the kind of guy that would do almost anything to sell more... he would work 24hrs/day without interruption. He would not be interested in the content of his work, except its value in gold.. just produce more and sell more.

Now the first loves his work but is unhappy with the feedback. The second is running like a mouse in a cage but as long as he gets money for that... it worths the hardwork.

Combining both attitudes makes you passionate about your work and efficient in business. Just think about it: what would be the most sold photo/illustration...?.. Both the most mercantile and the most artistic composition. Look at the best selling images and see for yourself.
