I would like to add photos of people to my portfolio here on Dreamstime. The problem is I don't have a studio.

I was wondering where others shoot such photos without making them look like a snap shot? I have some willing models, now I just need the location.

Go outside! :) Just as in the photos you've selected - an outdoor session can turn out very good. Concerning snap-shots - take some time to browse the outdoor images of people in the database and you'll soon be inspired. Keep in mind composition, colors, and the message of the image. Experiment, evaluate, take a time out, then come back to the image(s), evaluate, edit further (if needed) and only then upload. :) Once you feel comfortable shooting in that environment it'll go much faster and easier. Oh, yes - pay close attention to the what the model is wearing! Fall is Here! posted on 17th of september, 2007

Fall is here and in many parts of the world leaves are turning color creating many opportunities for great outdoor shots. I plan on using the color of this season to take some photos to upload to Dreamstime.

I am going to take photos at different times of the day to see how the light plays off of the color. Hopefully I will have some new images soon!

	I'm doing the same! The colors of the leaves are changing day after day. The light in Autumn is magic. Photography is a way of knowing what is around us better. It gives you another perspective.
