My first approved Photo on Dreanatime, is a famous monument of Italy. To accomplish this single photo it took me a whole evening, and several shots taken, just for a single photo.

This led me think how some time, some section and some subjects are hard to realize, specially if you have different kind of illumination and other situations of discomfort. Other problem is you don't have an idea what to realize.

From your point of view and experience, in this kind of image which one is the most hard problem solve to take a good photo.

In the different nation, we find different attitude in alimention, some time we found difference between city fare less of hundreds miles.

I think it would can be an interesting idea to bring out this difference out with our image making a publication with the best, and maybe can make comparison about the reason.

Something incredible on Rome is the opportunity to make photo, we have some things that you can shoot. you can make photo almost daily with different subjects.

Personally i am very happy because the town is very challenging.

some of our local fresh ingredient led to traditional plate one of the most famous locale plate from Italy it's an plate from Capri an little island in the gulf of Naples and that it's the caprese made whit fresh mozzarella cheese tomato basil and oil extra virgin of olive. this plate is one of my favorites one.

When you are shooting food, the most important thing is the presentation, how you put together the presentation, but one of the things i believe helps a lot your composition are plates and other complement because a good base is very important.
