Canon G9...

I've been drawn to an article about a point-and-shoot camera, Canon release, called G9. I must say I'd gladly put my hands on it.

Manual control, RAW files, 12MB sensor, famous Canon high ISO capabilities, good lens, compact size (camera always with me). Hmm, worth its money (about 500$) do you think?

It would be a step aside from my Pentax gear, but, on the other hand, this camera doesn't need any more lenses and additional stuff...

I must consider this...

	Comment by Sebcz on October 05, 2007 RAW is a very nice feature, allowing the same post processing workflow. And it has hot shoe for a strobe, enabling also off-camera flash. I am getting more and more attracted to that camera...
	Comment by Bogdan on October 05, 2007 Good news about G9. I am the owner of a G7 myself and I am very pleased with its performance although it has no RAW and a few less features than G9. But then again, I am no professional...
