Away too long     posted on 1st of february, 2008

Over the past few weeks I've been very distracted, and away from Dreamstime. But I'm back, and uploading away once more! This is just so much fun, and it helps to drive me to remember my camera at all times!!! Too bad I keep missing the bobcat that's been within 20 feet of my place.

Something I've always wanted to learn more about is Macro Photography. So, I've started experimenting. I'm still waiting for a few more photos to be key worded (my favorite is still in process), but in the meantime thought I would share one of the latest uploads.

I'll be learning more over the next few weeks about macros as I experiment with my new 50mm Canon macro lens, and my little desktop studio! And I'll be looking at other people's portfolios to see what inspires them to create interesting macro photos.

Glad to be back, and hopefully I won't disappear as long.....

    About Me
Richard Charpentier (Gadgetat)
Prescott, US

I'm very new to stock photography, but not photography itself. I've shot scenes from an Appalachian Trail Hike in 2001, moose of the great north woods (loons too), and my travels across the US over 2006 in a 25 ft Airstream.

A friend suggested trying Dreamstime and posting some of my latest photography. I sure hope you enjoy what I share here. If you're curious about photos I don't post here, stop by my website listed on my profile.
