Having worked my entire life dealing with the public, raising children, and being the all around "doer of everything" for my family, I found myself retired and somewhat disabled due to some back problems. I have always loved art and photography, I have a closet full of cameras and lenses that are gathering dust since the introduction of Digital cameras.

With all children now happily married and raising their own families, I began to take pictures and tried to learn all I could about creating digital illustrations, using a combination of images and graphics. At first this was to fight the boredom and occasional slight depression of being unable to work. Then I read an article about stock photography and decided to give it a shot. I know it doesn't happen often, but when it does, it sure is a good feeling. This is one of my images that was downloaded the first day it was online here. Have you ever had one ??? Would love to see it!
