Easy Tutorial for Photoshop beginners

1. Open Adobe Photoshop

2. Click File-new

3 Choose custom. Change width to 600 pixels

Change height to 600 pixels

Set resolution to 300 pixels per inch

Set mode to RGB

Set contents -white

Click ok. You now have blank palette to work with.

4. Open a file you wish to turn into a brush, start off with something simple, like a basic shape that is easy to isolate. I like using the polygon lasso tool .

Carefully outline the selection of the image that is to become the brush. Select inverse so that only the part of the image that you want is selected . Click copy.

5. Go back to newly created template ...

Wow, I had my 500th sale today. It's funny that it happened to be this one, Celebrating 50 years. Today I am celebrating 500 downloads.

After only 3 and a half months. I am thrilled and I think I finally may have gotten an idea of what will work for me, it is the image and illustration compositions that seem to get the most attention and the images created with my own adobe brushes created from images of flowers and designs created over the years.
