North to Alaska     posted on 18th of july, 2008

I recently had the opportunity to go to Alaska and see some of the glaciers. They sure are beautiful. I visited the Hubbard Glacier first. It is one of the few that is still advancing, and at a fast rate as well. It is impressive to see the awesome scale of the glacier as well as the breaking off and forming of new icebergs and ice.

Indeed, I've noticed that there are a bunch of us that started at a similar time, and those of us who are contributing on a regular basis are getting a similar number of downloads. Thanks for the comments on the photos - it is a beautiful place! I look forward to keeping up with each other's success on Dreamstime :) - posted by Bradcalkins on July 21, 2008

Thanks so much Marilyn! - posted by Bradcalkins on July 28, 2008
Your un-posed shots are incredibly appealing, the spontaneity and joy captured in the moment far out weighs the professional posed model look. Just my opinion. Good work and best of luck. Marilyn - posted by Marilyngould on July 26, 2008
