Yes Lady.

When you do a clipping path it saves in JPEG. To make sure just open the JPEG again and go to the paths and see if it is still there.

Clipping paths are saved within jpeg files too, there is no need to save as an eps.

so when you upload you upload an EPS and JPG file just like a vector?

Hi!!
I assume that you have it in PS and you want to save it with the image. Once you have the path created, name and save the path by double clicking on it's layer in the paths palette. Once you have created the clipping path, you can save the file as an EPS by using 'Save A Copy...' from the Photoshop file menu
