Going to Climb Mt Kinabalu Next Week!!     posted on 15th of december, 2008

Mt Kinabalu, the highest mountain in Southeast Asia! Have not been to a place at such a high altitude (4101m)... Will be there during Xmas. It will be a two days climbing, hopefully we can reach the summit on Dec. 26, around 5:30AM. God bless we can see the sunrise! Dec is the raining season in Malaysia, hope we will not suffer too much from the rain.

Seem that a few DT contributors have been there before. the photos are nice. I will bring back lots of photos about this mountain. But do not plan to bring my DSLR... try to bring along my GX100. The weight of DSLR may cause some trouble for climbing.
