London is a must!     posted on 29th of march, 2009

I had a wonderful time photographing the City of London.
I captured tons of architectural and landscapes of this fine city in my 3 day stopover.

The weather was typical London’s normal, cool not cold, rainy, foggy and cloudy later on in the afternoons. I worked with what was offered to me and yet I’m quite pleased. I had a few problems with the Bobbies continuous harassment when using my tripod, also walking around London was a challenge with the size of the city and the tube (subway) took some getting used to but it did save some time once I figured it out. But, we never have enough time do we?

Here are some of the images I captured while visiting London, enjoy.

I like your style. Don't be hard on yourself. That's what makes this art so wonderful .. same subject different view, never the same. I want to see more of your images. I will stay tune. Good captures so far. :)

I had a problem with the tripod because that gave them enough time to come over and harass me about what it is I'm shooting. Security there have had their run ins with photographers in the pass and if you use a tripod you are automatically tagged a PRO. Terrorist are not going to use a tripod to get the images they need to capture for their spy work, so it's purely harassment. They did slow me down a lot and I missed some shots because of them.

I love London too, Metropolitan madness at it absolute best. Why, may I ask, did you have problems using a tripod?
