Request additional format posted on 14th of september, 2009

Can somebody share if you got the following email from Dreamstimes?

What is the purpose of the buyer need the raw file? Did somebody have the some experience can share with me??

	Just upload soon, you as you did inform support about the request, so they will process faster. Normally it takes few days for the additional format to be processed. so inform support about it. - posted by Creativei on September 14, 2009

	RAW files are especially important for illustrations as they give access to the vector version of the file which permits scaling, etc. For photos, it gives 12 or 14 bit color depth for greater lattitude in changing color balance and exposure without getting noise and artifacts. A buyer may want to make use of a 16 bit workflow in photoshop and the RAW gives them the most data to work with. - posted by Bradcalkins on September 14, 2009
