I've recently spent a day taking photos in hospital of the various departments and what struck me the most was the renal unit. these amazing persons having to spend 4 hours each day - no mater what day it is - Christmas day, birthday, what ever, a portion of their day has to be dedicated to staying alive. the thing that impressed m the most was their spirit! Although I guess by now they are used to this, when i spoke to them, they didn't grumble, they were happy that I was there "burning time" ... they found it interesting and out of the ordinary.
we take so much for granted .. appreciate your health, appreciate the little things in life - the peace, the life, the spirit - but most of all - pass it forward and share that life :) .. oh! and don't forget to laugh! :)
