>Well after few months of research and juggling, finally I purchased my camera, Nikon D90,
Well I stuck in between, Canon EOS 50D, Nikon D300 & Nikon D90, spent some sleepless nights to decide on which will be my choice, Finally 90 percent of the people I spoke or read convinced me to opt for Nikon D90.
Earlier I had booked a Canon EOS 50D from US online store, but later I had to cancel the order as we had some difference with the merchant.
With this brand new camera, I got a bundled offer of one Nikkor 18-105mm lens, now i will be taking keen interest on the lens and will buy some good lens some suggestion will be highly appreciated. ( I love to shoot, landscape, portrait, sports and wildlife)

Yes, congratulations on your new camera. (very envious) I loved the feedback that Azathoth973 gave. That was insightful. Thanks. I had a Nikon, went to Canon with my fist digital, but plan to go back to Nikon when I upgrade. Hope to catch your future blogs.

Hi all,
Now I have purchased a zoom lens for my Nikon D90, I opted for a Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5 More Details about this lens
So tomorrow first time I will be using my camera outdoor, ( u guys know I just purchased my D90) I'm one of the media photographer to cover the first dragon boat race in Dubai. Watch out this space I will come up with the review of this event
•The world’s second most popular sport by participation.
Hope I get some editorial images. Anyways will enjoy my shooting.
Any input to know if the above lens is good choice???

Well here are the new images approved by DT on Editorial section, these images were the first assignment I got to shoot the first ever Dragon Boat Race, held in Dubai after I purchased my New Nikon D90. Thanks DT for this support. Most of these images were shot with my new lens, all all the boats were more than 250 meters away from Media Room.
One got rejected, and learnt a new lesson today regarding Editorial Pictures, hope this helps other contributors,
All celebrities' names should be mentioned as well as names for participants/winners in competition-related images and musicians/bands in concert-related images or any other information that would specifically describe the image particularities.
