I am still in two minds about going fully exclusive here as I do rather well on other sites, however, I see the new Exclusivity button added to the management area shows the extra earnings and benifits of going exclusive here and is certainly food for thought.

Totally understand what you mean, this is a great community and a great website, so much more friendly than other places, the feeling of working as a team and being respected rather than being some ID number amongst thousands...
