Il ike your currency pictures, so surely will a buyer like it too.
Large number's law: more pics (in qty AND diversity) you have here on DT, the more chance you have to have one of them sold. And more likely you'll see what sells and what not (I can learn only by experience no matter how much I read)

be patient. and stop comparing Dreamstime with other sites. just be consistent with your work, and keep improving your portfolio. spend your energy on shooting more so you can upload to Dreamstime more often. this will then give your images more chances of finding downloads.

Well its not quantity, if you have good images (i didnt mean that ur images are bad just giving my views on comments who said you need bigger portfolio) and the right keywords, the sales will come. I had pleny of sales when i was new here, with just 20 odd images.
Bottom line, submit the best images, think from buyers point of view, and its usability.

Dear Stefaniaf, yes, a bigger portofolio for sure will increase your sales, just think about this: you have more photos online, that means you are covering a bigger part of search. Of course, they should be also quality photos, and is better to upload every month. Don't worry, the sales will come for all of you. In time.

Do not hurry. I started a few months ago and now I sold almost 50 images. I will sell more, I am sure. All we need to do is improve ourselves and produce more and more images.
Do not forget, every image has a potential buyer. Sooner or later. Read, learn from refusals and experience.
Stock photography is like an elaphant. You cant eat it with a single bite but you can consume it in a long period.
So ..dont hurry and work :)

Thank you all! I will go on and try!

I also have zero, but that s because i just started :). I have little experience in stocks, but i think it will work if you never think of money for beginning, treat it as a sport, keep uploading and sales will surely come! Good luck!

Dear Fairy... I have the same problem... a small portfolio and few sales. Your photos are nice, though! @Roberto, do you think that a bigger portfolio can increase at least visibility and visits?

Don't worry, it will come. But you will have to be pacient. Here you need a bigger portofolio, and someday they will come.
