My newest toy     posted on 14th of june, 2010

I finally invested in Photoshop CS 5. It is the greatest and much more user friendly than my old version, CS 3. I took a few HDR photos to try it out (see them below).
One is an HDR photo of a shripm boat that is sitting idle at a dock in Tarpon Springs, Florida on the Gulf of Mexico (BP should be paying the owner to be scimming for oil, it's a rel disaster in the northern part of the Florida and I hope that it can be contained soon).
The second is the view out of my back door. My house backs up to a preserve area in Florida.
Let me know what you think, or if you have ant questions.

Beautiful subject matter. Great choice to upgrade to CS5. I'm glad it's working for you. - posted by Groovychick69 on June 16, 2010
great shots. - posted by Picstudio on June 15, 2010
The best features so far are:
Content aware. It save a bunch of time cleaning up images.
HDR Pro. That is what I use to creat the above photos.
Puppet warp. Is cool although I just played around with it and have not yet used it to create any images.
Overall, I think that if you have a previous version of CS, it is worth the $199.00 to upgrade what you have. For me it was money well spent. Go to adobe.com and check out the videos that are there on the new fearutes that are contained in CS5.

Looks good - you've resisted the urge to over-do the HDR technique! Time to update your profile description! - posted by Bradcalkins on June 14, 2010
