Cars, cars, cars     posted on 13th of july, 2010

Yapp, I know, I'm just a girl, but I can't help, I'm keen on cars, even if they're old or new, renovated or custom... I have some time at the weekend to upload some more photos about latest international tuning show in Budapest and DT accepted them extremely fast, so it's time to show them to you... :)

More interesting vehicles can be found in CARS collection.

Hi Dan... :)
For "not what we're looking for" comment - pink car was rejected first time with that comment, for second upload it's approved...depends on admins, nothing to do with it, just try again if you really think it's good enough (I do, because on other stock site I already sold it some times).
Tips: ISO100 and tripod! I used low angle, so at the end of day I hate sit on my heels! :) It's really important - I think! :) - to do not cut any part of car by mistake! So if you need to crop, crop knowingly, beware of lines and small parts like mirror or end of lamp or alloy.
For example - I had to cut Pink car photo, but I could do that unique white alloy at back is fully stated on photo. On American cars shot I did it wrong - Camino's windscreen is not fully on the shot. :(

I tried photos from a car show. All were rejected. Most "not what we're looking for" a few "lack of composition". Yours are great. Any secrets about photographing these cars that you want to share? - posted by Dan1 on July 13, 2010

>I've started photographing a few years ago with a compact cam. I liked it but I interested more for it, so I changed to a bridge cam to learn basic settings and rudiments. In 2008 november I decided to buy a DSLR cam, and I chose a Pentax k10d. Now I'm ready to learn to use and enjoy it.

I rarely use hard Photoshop effects, I'd better see the real world in my photos.
My main interests are travelling and towns - and nature, of course. I think I'm good at nightscenes - however, I don't like to take photos about people, so my pics sometimes seems a little static - mainly for Stock photographing, but I don't give up. :)

Lots of my photos are based on Raw files so if you need it just contact me by adding a comment on the image and I will upload it.
