One of the most important assets that your photography business has is its own identity. Unfortunately, many businesses struggle to use that identity to their advantage, whether because they are unaware of the potential that it holds, or because they are simply intimidated by the thought of utilizing it.

One of the most important parts of any visual identity is the logo, the sole icon that represents your brand. Like the strands of a web, all of the other materials that project an identity rely on this central feature and its simplicity, memorability, versatility and longevity.

SIMPLICITY

A quality logotype must be clear and concise with the ability to convey a strong message without being too complicated. More often than not with logos, less means more. All too often, though, it seems that we stumble upon just the opposite. One of the most common mistakes made when developing a logo is simply trying to fit too much into the design.

I agree with all these points! Sometimes it's hard to pass these ideas to the client! Some designers also are much into fascinating the client in a moment, but after some time they discover that it was a horrible work!
