Back From Vacation

posted on 15th of august, 2010

My wife, my son and I just returned from vacation in the Eastern Caribbean. We saw Grand Turk Island, Half Moon Cay and Nassau in the Bahamas. I think we all had way too much fun, but I did manage to take some good pictures...none of which I plan to submit here.

As I have already learned, there is a stark difference between "snap shots" and stock photos. I will continue to take better photos, whether they are snap or stock, but I have already noticed better compositions and quality in my vacation pictures, thanks to Dreamstime.

About me

In my photos, I try to capture the true essence of the object I\'m photographing. I have completed a course of study with the New York Institute of Photography, but I\'m still learning. I hope to greatly improve my photography skills in the future. I also plan on continual upgrades of my equipment, and on trying different techniques for achieving the look I want my pictures to have.
