Nikon D700 and birthday - but not mine

posted on 18th of august, 2010

Hi to all of you! This summer time has been sooo busy for me. I have dedicated a lot of time to study new tutorials for PC illustrations. As we have had bought a new photocamera Nikon D700, it has been increadible pleasure to make photos with it.

Indeed, I have so many RAW files that I just wonder: "Oh, girl, when you will check and work on all these files?" :-)

The D700 I purchased just for the low noise digital images, coupled with the SB900 flash can really deal with most situations, congratulations on the purchase and of course for the beautiful pictures!
Happy Birthday!!!!!!!

Wondering if you could/would do another one/s of the sun mask and astrology in other colors. I used one - the gold one - for the cover of my book, and have a series, and would love to use that mask and astrology wheel in different colors for the other two. Lauri at LauriOwen.com

Nikon D700 is a great camera. Nevertheless don't stress the ISO value too much, otherwise
you easily get rejections because of noise - in spite of D700's excellent performance.

Wish you much fun with your new camera!

They are very beautiful "models" :-) Like this one - in the moment I have seen this tree, I wanted to photograph it. I have try to see the best angle, when suddenly ... I saw it! I have made a horizontal shot with space under filled with fallen leaves.

I love to photograph trees in all seasons as they offer a good training how to frame a photo, how to find the best angle, to stody light conditions. And I can assure you that trees are very patient models :-)

These patient buddies...
