Another my image in action...

I was lucky enough to find another my image in action just performing GOOGLE search with the line 'igor sokalski photo'. Here it is: http://www.globaltravelerusa.com/showarticle.php?id=7721

I only can not understand the meaning of inscription just under image. Could somebody of English speaking colleagues explain it with more simple words?
