FYI, I have two cheetah's in my portfolio, one bloody and one "clean". The bloody cheetah has sold, the clean cheetah has not. The bloody cheetah has 5 times the views of the clean one.

it's an awesome photo that will probably appeal to some peoples needs but definitely not all ... i wouldn't not post it because of the blood.

If you want a great photo, you've got one. But is that what you want? A great photo? Or a great photo that will sell? I think you've got a valid hesitation here. I'm certain that a lot of potential buyers will grab some other photo because the blood is too distracting from what they want to say with the photo. Others may really want this because no one else is posting bloody images.

Great shot - i look more at the eyes which are speaking volumes - he doesn't look too happy having his picture taken. Its not too graphic - a very realistic looking live picture. Very nice.

Nice image. Well i don't find it shocking its a great shot of a lion its natural environment, there is nothing too much. I used to hunt and fish so blood isn't anything new. In my Country i come across almost every day cats that have been runed over by cars. All of their intestines are visible on the road and blood it's everywhere. That is a shocking view

I really like the image, it pictures reality and is a great concept for the struggle of life, eaten or been eaten.
