Nice. I just found one on my first try (and another with the watermark that I am reporting now).
I would think it would be easy for Google to display copyright information along with the images.

Never had any luck with either Tineye or this one. All I keep getting is my own portfolios with the agencies .

Thank you for this great tip! ;o)

what do you copy and paste to find out this info and where do you get it from on dreamstime?

Thanks for sharing! Cool!

Nice! I still like the TinEye plugin for firefox. Tineye has found more of my images in use than Google did.....but then Google found one that Tineye didn't :-)

Good point Ariealmartin. Ive found a few of mine being used with DTs watermark and contacted support as well. If every member uses this tool, definitely can reduce the incidence of misuse of DTs photos.
This matter also discussed in thread under Day dreaming/Images used without permission.

Amazing, how many images are used illegally....

Debspoons, thanks, I'll do that! This article has just pretty much answered all my questions about licencing: http://www.pixiq.com/article/photo-licencing-and-the-law

Leguaan,
I would contact to support..to see if you sold/signed over your copyright on that photo.
I read a couple of articles, that a photographer's photo had their copyright removed from the photo..Is it possible on DT?
I also read somewhere that a company, like Dreamstime ?, can embed a code to track down illegal copies.
This is great, but when I search for mine I only get my Dreamstime images. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I don't have any that are on the web and they're all in something like documents, brochures, etc and other items. Hummm

This was great. I have never found anything similar with such high accuracy levels. Hats off to Google..
Let me give it a try and I will shortly leave my feedback..

Thanks for your tip ! I found via this google search engine two my images !!!

Just curious, I found one of my pictures online using google image search... Can the person who purchased it claim copyright? This is the original picture http://www.dreamstime.com/stock-image-globe-at-north-cape-nordkapp-image6544431 and this is the application with copyright under the picture... http://www.captainschoice.com.au/Tour%20Photo%20Gallery?id=OzVywl5XME2vbqnXSrlJWA They purchased the photo royalty free...

This is brilliant! It took less than 1 minute to find one of my images!¬ Thank you!!!
Thanks for the great insight. I've just found one of mine plus another 4 from other DT contributors on a car site all with the DT logo still attached. Will contact support. Hopefully I'll find some of mine being used legitimately.

Thanks for sharing! I found several of my images, some used without permission - they have DT's watermark on them. I've already contacted support about this. Still I'm happy to se my images in use!

Thanks Rolmat for the advice about the browser extension. Haven't tried it myself yet but seems like a great way of search your most popular images quickly.
