I was very excited yesterday about getting a big sale on my one and only Level 5 image. Yeah! But when I went online today that sale was no longer there and neither is my $9.42 earnings. I can't find any info on here about what may have happened. Anyone?

Arrgghhh! There, I feel better. I still have not gotten an email, but I suppose it was a refund. Glad to see the wacko lady's comment about DT going out of business was removed.

As everyone else mentioned, it's probably a refund, and you probably have read an email regarding that fact by now. But it doesn't make you feel any better, does it? It's happened to me twice (two large sales, both refunded, probably by the same purchaser). It was a nice sum of money and I was crabby for DAYS. Then I had to tell myself it's just a part of doing business and move on. I hope you aren't too disappointed. Take a deep breath and think of your next project. :)

yeah these refunds are swell. never hapened to me but that is an easy way for buyers to download the photos for free, they download keep the image and then ask for refund. i don't think this is a fair policy for the photographers

As both previous posters already said... it's likely a refund.
If you do a forum search for 'refund' you'll find many threads!
This one has the details in the email you should have received:

The same thing has happened to me 3 or 4 times, DT says that sometimes a buyer makes a mistake downloading an image, or sometimes the payment from this buyers is not received by DT, among other situations... You will receive an email from DT exlaining this situation.Too bad for you, it was a great sale.

I think it is a customer refund, it happens sometimes. Check your mailbox, you should receive an email from DT about it. Or you can also contact support for better explanation.Bye, Francesca
