Dear Corina, dont give in.............. drink some fine Italian wine in the evening to deaden the craving for cigarettes. Use big patches to help for up to 3 months. David.

I know of a gentleman who smoked for 40 years and suddenly quit one fine day. No taper down, no gradual withdrawl..... just a straight full stop. So its a question of will power.
 It may look stylish in the movies but its definitely something that we can do away with.

Mightymogwai............ you know 8 months after I quit my hand by itself opens the drawer where I used to store my packets..... I keep one packet cellotaped up............... even without any desire the hand over -rules me and then I say oh no dont go there !!!!!!!!!!! David

Thanks David, I agree with the patches or lozenges too, It would have been great to have quit cold-turkey like some people do but I dont have the will-power.:( Your photography addiction has certainly paid off for you, your port is beautiful! wish you many sales!

Debra................. those niquitin patches are given free in Scotland and ease the longing to smoke ordinary cigarettes............ If you calculate the savings that is a spur to keeping your resolve...........did you cough every morning in the shower............ thats what cigarettes cause........ congratulations. David.

I smoked cigarettes for a quarter century until a month and a half ago, now i still smoke but electric cigarettes(nicotine and water vapor), feel sooo much better! I highly recommend it as a starting point to antone wanting to quit. Happy Holidays everyone!

Dear Francy874 do you fear a cold turning into bronchitis ? and very difficult to get better. When you are next ill with a chest infection start using patches on your arms. Think about the money you will save.......... a new camera every year or more holidays become affordable. I love your portfolio and download ratio. David.
