Kodak - why moment has passed

I'm sure everyone here has had a Kodak moment in their life and captured it on a Kodak film ... a Moment . be it a celebration or just simply .. a moment .. tribute to the first and incredibly significant producers is a must! I hope they manage to keep surviving in the rest of their ventures .. as for the photography side of things - I'll wave goodbye with a heavy heart .. I never left the house without my Kodak and I thank them for the best memories captured in my albums.

It's sad, isn't it? All these big companies biting the dust. But Kodak? Who would have thought it? I too, have many Kodak moments. Goodbye, Kodak, we'll really miss you. - posted by Calyx22 on January 20, 2012
It is very sad since we all had a Kodak camera at a moment of our lives... They invented in 1975 the first digital camera but didn't sell it because they tought it would compete with their film products, they had gold in their hands and let it go. - posted by Egomezta on January 20, 2012
Dinosaurs are big and slow moving. Polaroid on the other hand seem to have a new life lately - as a novelty item for little kids. Someone bought what was left of the company and has brought back the instant camera. - posted by Peanutroaster on January 20, 2012
