It is good to dream as long as you work to make it happen I am thinking sometimes. It is good to dream anyway, makes your heart easier and gives you comfort when you don’t feel too well.
When I was a kid many people around me considered me a dreamer, an open eyes dreamer to be exact. Which is not a bad thing, since many of the important discoveries started by dreaming first. :)
So, I will tell you a short story. It will be longer I hope in the part 2, for I hope I will have many things to tell you.
One day in December last year, I received an e-mail from one of the Managers of Electrolux Romania. She was letting me know that a contest was about to be launch by this company, and food bloggers are allowed to participate with very sophisticated and as original as can be recipes.
The prize they said, will be a dinner at the new pop-up “Cube Electrolux” restaurant and 3 days spend in the very beautiful city of Milan. Some Italian great chefs will prepare extraordinary dishes in the most modern way (molecular kitchen and other new culinary concepts). I was reading this with my eyes as big as... onions!
What a great opportunity to meet some chefs in person and to taste some culinary masterpieces! I was more than thrilled! As the term to publish the recipes was the 10th of January 2012, I started to think about and write down all crazy ideas of dishes I could. In the end, there were 10. I prepared a dessert. A chocolate and exotic fruits dessert, as I call it in my site post.
I made it with an open heart, helped by my precious man, post it on my site and waited... for two weeks of public voting and jury analyzing. And the day when I was feeling the worst, trying to wake up after a surgery, I found out that I am the forth in the group of five winners. I cried like a big kid and called my mom and my best friend and send a message to my boyfriend.
I’m going to Milan baby! So keep dreaming folks, but help your dreams come true, for there is not wining the lottery without playing :)

>Photography started to open my curiosity around the year 2000 when I bought my first camera. A Konica APC with film. I was living in France at that time and I "abused"
of all my trips and walks in order to photograph as much I as could and create a little image for each moment or place I got in.
Even now, when I watch my photo albums I smile and get back in time.
At the beginning I wasn't much for a school girl, I didn't read about technics and stuff but I always searched images and portofolios of photographers and I easily
formed a collection of what I liked most. I wasn't even dreaming that a part of those photographers will become my friends some day.
After a 3- almost 4 years break I bought my first DSRL Camera, a Canon 400D. And I started to study and take pictures. I like to choose simple subjects or to create
complicated stories in photos. Most of the times I am not satisfied with what I do, but I believe that I would never give up of this love.
Another love of mine is my bike. I like to hang out with my bikers friends, to have short or long rides and have fun.
I believe that "Live the moment" is what defines me the most. With goods and bads.
