Yes, I actually noticed that the number of sales under your post have changed since you last wrote :-) Congratulations!

And btw. I just discovered that I have sold two more images today from my vacation to Turkey. Subscription sales, but two days with two sales in a row...wooohooooo :)

Congratulations! Up to now I only had one TIFF sale. But the revenue is really good - compared to "normal" sales.

No, I have never uploaded TIFF version as adittional format...only JPEG in maximum quality. I think that DT then convert maximum quality JPEG in TIFF format. Just be shure that you save your JPEG file in maximum quality (12 if you are using Photoshop to save your jpegs, pay attention because default save quality in Photoshop for JPEG is 10 if I am correct, so move that slider full to the right and you will get 12 or maximum quality JPEG.)

Hi, thanks for answering so fast! But does this mean that you have to have a TIFF version of your image uploaded as an additional format in the first place?
|
 |
Congratulations...

Well TIFF is most biggest filesize image available, and more expensive to buyer...just open any image in your portfolio, and look under image sizes, you will see that TIFF is last image size, and biggest one in MB. I think if someone wants best quality image, for large prints or something like that, it will buy TIFF. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Well Done Doug

Congratulations! May I ask what is a TIFF sale? sorry if it sounds like a silly question. Quite often I find that I simply completely miss the basics- usually the small print in almost everything :-)

Congratulations on your first sales AND for getting two sales in one day. A lovely feeling, isn't it, knowing that someone has chosen your photo.
