I drew this for an album or greeting cards
I know that the practical value of a picture, but do not ask yourself why artists draw their own illustrations, not only for advertising

You obviously have artistic ability, but ask yourself does the illustration have any commercial value? Where would anybody use a girl with enormous pink boots holding what looks like a fox?

Consider updating your keywords, title, and description. Your title should use the words that people most likely looking for your image will use. The title you chose, "Beautiful girl golden hair" is competing against close to 6000 images. People who are searching for these words will probably be looking for a photo of a blonde model in her early twenties. Your image is an illustration of a child with long blonde hair holding a kitten. "Girl holding cat" would be a better title, but it still is competing with close to 700 images.

For keywords, consider adding some of the following: child, cartoon, kitten, holding, blond, blonde, long

What style of drawing is this? The eyes make me think of anime, but the rest seems a bit different from that. If it is a variant of anime, consider also adding that as a keyword.

Good luck!
