Resigning From Exclusivity

Are there any consequences if one resigns from the status of exclusivity? For example, do I have to return to the agency the money paid for each submitted image? And how to resign? Is there any application for that?

	Posted by Bradcalkins on June 29, 2012 From the terms and conditions: "If an Exclusive Contributor terminates this Agreement prior to the passage of six (6) months, Dreamstime.com reserves the right to recover all commission payments made to the Exclusive Contributor prior to the termination of Exclusive Contributor status. These payments include the upload bonus received after each accepted submission and the extra Revenue Share earned by exclusive contributors."

	Posted by Marugod83 on June 29, 2012 It is better to send an email to the DT support department. In my case, it wasn't necessarily, because I had been exclusive member for more the 6 months. It is not an application, you have to send an email and saying that you want to loose the exclusivity status. One month from the DT support confirmation, you will no longer be an exclusive member.
