Last month i was traveling across the country and i noticed something that it was a rare thing in these parts 10 years ago: wind turbines. Maybe now people understand that protecting the environment is really an important thing. The importance of wind power are numerous like for example: is plentiful, is clean and most importantly it doesn't produce the greenhouse gas. Unfortunately in 2010 the world wide use of wind turbines was only 2.5% of total energy use. It is expected that this number to increase to 8% by 2018 but still it represents too little compared to the advantages it has.
