Unbelievable - photo made with smartphone on stock assignment!

Four years ago, when I start uploading stock photos, I upgraded my Panasonic bridge camera to a dslr, special for this kind of photography. I would not believe that, four years later, I have one photo made with a phone, in assignment! I am very happy, but also a little worried about the future of stock photography. What do you think?
This is my photo, a pure snapshoot, but look at her look, perfect timing, one second later and she would have changed her eyes! I think that this kind of photos are hard to take with a dslr :-)

So the dream come true, the process is complete: I upload a photo made with a mobile phone in bad exposure condition and that image is now level 5 and had one sale all-ready! :)
Subscription, maximum size. Maybe this cute girl is on a magazine cover now :)

"...a little worried about the future of stock photography."
In ten years everybody will able just to push a button "photo" at the PC keyboard and then tell to microphone "Pretty blonde girl, isolated on white, looking at iPad screen" - and 30MP-image will be created, stored at HD, keyworded and sent to DT...

Her image is very cute!

But finally it's a successful image, and you're right - we all have to experiment, not to get stuck in one type of photography. On the other hand it's extremely rare to take good shots with snapshot cameras (or with a phone). Real thing is when you can be both creative, and professional (control in action:))

Please don`t take it personally, but I would delete this image from the camera/cellphone on the spot. Of course, this was also my first intention :-) At second thought, maybe this assignment will make me think again at the artistic part of the photography. I am stuck for years at f8, iso 200 and 'do not crop, leave the buyer to do this'. I feel a wind of change :-)

It is a great image, good luck.

Yes, I like her eyes! I think stock photos are getting cheaper and cheaper, not good for sellers.
