Yesterday (Nov.28 2012) was my best day so far on DT.

Earnings of $105.10 from 31 sales.

I'm almost at 2 significant landmarks too........ In the next few days I will pass the 10,000 sales mark and pass $15,000 total earnings.

This month has also been my busiest ever for uploads: over 1700 so far this month, and still uploading. This has also pushed my acceptance ratio to 85.2%
The best way to good sales is a large portfolio with a wide range of subjects.

For me, my travel images are my best sellers.

JUST PASSED MY OWN RECORD - 24 hours after posting this blog I have just made a single extended rights sale of $120 which, together with the other 29 sales made yesterday, brings yesterdays total to $159.14
So that's $264.24 in 2 days

I'd read that travel wasn't a big seller on the micro sites such as DT - but my experience contradicts that too. As soon as I added a handful of travel photos my sales went up. They're my second biggest sellers after backgrounds here. You're quite an inspiration.

	Posted by Mrallen on December 03, 2012 Hi Adeliepenguin. No I don't batch process, every image is worked on separately and I do all the work myself. The 1700+ images are mostly the result of a 10 week photoshoot around Europe during the summer. When I have a huge amount of material to work on I get up early and work late until it's finished. The 1700+ are just the images I sent to DT, there were over 7000 images to work on from this trip! Next big trip is in January when I go to Burma for a month. Incidently, I'm now well passed those two landmarks.
