I see you have raised your game well above the ordinary or mundane. David.

Love your portfolio - and congrats on your success! I'd read that travel wasn't a big seller on the micro sites such as DT - but my experience contradicts that too. As soon as I added a handful of travel photos my sales went up. They're my second biggest sellers after backgrounds here. You're quite an inspiration.

Hi Photoncatcher (great name) and Radzian, Im a tavelaholic and do a lot of travel, so far 86 countries. I do not have a sponsor, I finance all the trips myself. Travelling the world catching photons is what I love doing.

Hi Steve - way to go! That is really great and I send big congratulations. I completely agree that the best way to optimise sales is to have a large online portfolio. The more you can offer the higher the percentage of generated sales in my opinion. Cheers, LEE

superb! i'm curious about is any sponsor support you to travel so many countries ? it's really a huge money spent !

I cannot even imagine processing and keywording, etc., for over 7000 images in a relative short time period. My brain would fry:) Very impressive.

Hi Adeliepenguin. No I don't batch process, every image is worked on separately and I do all the work myself. The 1700+ images are mostly the result of a 10 week photoshoot around Europe during the summer. When I have a huge amount of material to work on I get up early and work late until it's finished. The 1700+ are just the images I sent to DT, there were over 7000 images to work on from this trip! Next big trip is in January when I go to Burma for a month. Incidently, I'm now well passed those two landmarks.
Your numbers take my breath away:) Congrats on all the milestones. I am curious--how do you manage over 1700 uploads in one month? Do you batch process? Do you have a helper?
OMG!!Congrats:)
