Thanksgiving is a time to share old memories and create new ones with the important people in our lives.

Every year is a new opportunity to create lasting impressions with friends and family.

My favorite Thanksgiving was the time in my 20's a friend and I took the train to New York City. We stayed awake all night on the streets of New York (an experience in itself) - staking out a spot on the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade route right next to the flagship store.

The next day we had VIP seats for all the floats, and bands, and performers - and of course - the larger than life balloons. The weather was perfect and so was the entire parade.

We ate corned beef sandwiches at a corner deli for our Thanksgiving dinner and then slept on the train the entire way home.
