So a couple of weeks ago I had a very rare free day. This presented itself as an opportunity to head out with my camera. I decided to head out to my local city center Birmingham, England to see what shots I could come up with.

After strolling about I came across a new super car dealers showroom. I saw a beautiful yellow Lamborghini Gallardo in the window and took a quick shot of it through the glass before I carried on with my walk when I was hit with an idea. What's the worst that could happen if I asked to have some time to shoot these amazing cars?? So I walked back to find all the doors locked for security and a intercom system on the wall. Also I was let into a train yard last year that had serious NO TRESPASSING signs all over it. People are usually nice if you ask.

Fighting for his life.

This is Dave and he's my cat, he is just over one year of age and today whilst out doing what cats do he got attacked and savaged by two dogs.

He's been ripped up pretty bad and is tonight fighting for his life in hospital. We are very lucky that a kind passer-by saw this happening, stopped her car, fought the dogs off, wrapped him up in a blanket and took him straight to the nearest vets. He has a microchip so the vet was able to contact us straight away.

I'm not religious but hope in some way that positive thoughts may just help the poor guy out somehow. He is a wright little character and soft as a brush, can't even imagine how bad this must be for him. We did not take the vets advice to have him instantly put down but wanted to give him a fighting chance and see...

	Posted by Promotions on July 17, 2012 I'm so sorry for your loss...he was a beautiful cat and you have wonderful photos of him. He was lucky to have such a caring owner. I lost a cat a couple months ago after 12 years and still miss him. I hope you find it in your heart to have another cat someday.
