New Louvre Museum In France

I am pretty sure many of use know the famous Louvre Museum in France (where the Joconde is living now).

Big news, the museum has built a new building in the North Of France (15 minutes from my house by car). It is called the Louvre Lens.
It is 2 hours from Paris by car.
Lens is the name of the city where is has been built.

The goal of this new building is to welcome all the numerous work of art that are in the backstage of the Louvre of Paris.

The building is finished but the gardens all around not yet.

From Wikipedia: Louvre Abu Dhabi is an entirely separate museum from the Louvre in Paris, although the two are linked by a thirty-year branding and training agreement and the Paris Louvre is one of the 12 shareholders in Agence France-Muséums. The thirty-year agreement, signed by French Culture Minister Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres and Sheik Sultan bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, will prompt the construction of a Louvre museum on Saadiyat Island, near central Abu Dhabi, in exchange for US$1.3 billion.
	Posted by Astormfr on February 07, 2013 I do not think a Louvre will open in an other country that France. But I know that Louvre very often lend arts to other museum all over the world.
