100 sales of the same image

posted on 5th of april, 2013

Well, it`s the first picture - better said illustration - that does this, it reaches 100 sales...and it brought me 383,77 dollars. Not bad, I would say, for one drawing!
This is the picture guilty for bringing me so much money, and of course Dreamstime, to whom I wanna say thanks for the opportunity

Thank you all for your kind comments!
It took me about 2 years and 3 months to reach the 100 sales! It`s ok, I think! I`m happy that I got to this magic number!
Wish you all to reach 100 sales with as many pictures as possible!
Good luck!

Wow! That is a lot of sales and money for one picture. I only have 5 sales for one picture the most now. How long did it take to reach that?

I was visiting the Museum of Modern Art, Moma, in San Francisco a couple of years ago and there was a painting just like your frame. Black frame but completely white inside. The funny thing which made me remember the story is that I saw a student taking notes about the painting, writing a long story in her notebook. From time to time she was raising her head and looking again at the painting, and then again continued writing in her notebook. Don't remember the artist's name.

So indeed this is a very well chosen subject. I am not making this up.
