I don't think you are so unsuccessful. I joined DT less than a month, perhaps I can't feel what your feel. But I think you can do it better!

Whatever you do, do not give up. DT may just not be the right home for the rejected images. The DT folks really just do not want you to waste your efforts and losing in faith in images that will not sell here.

Perhaps those images would sell elsewhere, have you considered TShirts etc?

Check out the most sort after keywords and search around the internet for those keywords and see what images are being used in advertising.

Unfortunately it is not only your problem, I also had a lot of waste and I recently sold very little. My advice is: take a week to rest, do a search on many images, even without a logical sense, you'll see that triggered the inspiration and the desire to create new images! Hope that useful!

What I would not give for 10 sales....

You managed to pass the most difficult part...don't give up now! Get your motivation from getting images accepted, to start. Then enjoy seeing your sales increase. Keep it up, you have great quality illustrations.

The only way to increase sales is to have a big portfolio, so keep loading images...

Hi! I am at DT for about 10 months already. Although managed to upload a good amount of photos, but sales are also slow. Disappointed? No, not exactly, just continue to work and enjoy (!) patiently...

During this period they are accepting several photos and this is for me a good motivation to go ahead and continue to upload, but unfortunately sales are too low for me. Expect a change ...

Hi! I am also new here. But what I have learnt, that first 2-3 years you must work for your portfolio, and then your portfolio will work for you! Never lose hope and motivation. That's what make us move forward. good luck!

It will get better. Upload a 100 images, and you have regular sales . It took me about 1 year being totally serious and uploading and really focusing on DT. Last September was the turning point for me. With just a few sales a month, it picked up after September. I can cash out every month now almost.

Done 2 cash outs since September 2013, hoping for great sales in February too.

when i joined DT in 2011, my 1st 13$ accumulated sales happens a year after i join, how slow was that? Hope this makes you feel better. Don't loose hope....

Come on together!

Augustina, you are here since less than a year ago. Sales will come, I noticed them start to show after 6 months, also pay attention to the refusal reasons, and try to avoid same mistakes, so you can have a good aproval ration and have more visibility. Good luck, and I wish I could draw characters like yours (trying to learn...)

Don't lose hope! Motivation is what moves you. Habit is what keeps you going. Keep working and uploading! Sales will come! Don't stop! Best regards!
