New Year's Resolutions!
Let’s get started.
1. Don’t be afraid to take pictures. So many of us hold back thinking that we’re not amazing, or our stuff isn’t good for others to see, but that’s silly. Practice is what makes us great. If the photos get rejected, that’s ok. Learn from them and keep going! We only have so many years to create so the more time we spend worrying, the more time we lose.
2. Make use of what you have, or rather learn how to REALLY use your camera and equipment! While it is tempting to purchase new gear, if you don’t use your other stuff it’s kind of a waste of money.
3. Take a class, but something that’s not related to photography. Be it art, cooking, riding a motorcycle...anything that doesn’t revolve...
