SO for the past few months I have been trying to decide what camera to get and it was between and nikon D40 or a D60. Just really getting into photography over the past few months and really needed something different then my cool pix4800. I was having such a hard time figuring out what i wanted when someone mentioned to me that the canon XSI was a great camera in the same price range. After stewing about it and trying them out at work I decided to go with the canon and made my purchase two days ago. Looking forward to getting some better quality photos in the near future ......

	Good luck. I hope you enjoy your Canon as much as I have enjoyed mine. Learn to use raw mode and you will be able to do some cool things. - posted by Sstedman on September 04, 2008
