Well, my 50th image was approved. You might thought that it's nothing special, but for me - a newbie in microstock photography - it's a new experience.

My first milestone I've reached when my 1st image had been downloaded. It have happened in just 4 days after first images were accepted and visible online.

Another one it was 1st download with Extended License.

Now I'm happy to announce all of you that my 50th image is online at Dreamstime. An organic cultivated cereal field in it's early period of growth is presented on that image. If you're interested in healthy, natural and organic food then maybe my image could attract you.

It's very exciting moment when something happens for the first time.

We, the contributors, can feel an excitement when our photo is downloaded for the first time. It makes us happy and we can see that someone likes photos or images made by us. It's a great thing, when our work is useful to somebody.

Yesterday my first image was downloaded with Extended License and it was my 9th download overall.

In this place I'd like to say THANK YOU to the person, who made me such a favour.

In the first days of april 2006 in Siedlce 175th anniversary of the battle of Iganie was commemorated. Reenactment groups from Poland staged that historical event.

Few thousand people came to the place of the battle of Iganie to watch soldiers wearing traditional military uniforms of Polish uprising army from the year 1831. 2-gi Pułk Xsięstwa Warszawskiego (2nd Regiment of the Warsaw Dutchy), equipped with historical weapons fouhgt against other reenacting groups. Cannons and muskets were shooting thunderously, smoke covered the battlefield...

In the first days of May I've just reminded that this month it's time to celebrate the Mother's Day. In Poland it's 26th day of May, so I thought that there's a lot of time to prepare well for that occasion.

How big was my surprise when I realized that I'm late!

Before submiting my images designed specially for that festivity I've looked for a while to wikipedia. I did'nt thought ever before that this nice and worm holiday varies so much within various countries.

Mother's Day celebration starts in February. Greeks celebrates that day on the 2nd of February and in Norway it's the second sunday of that month. In many countries it's similar to International Women's Day (8th day of March), but most of people celebrates that day on the second sunday ...
