The Saudi-Pak Tower in Islamabad's Blue Area     posted on 17th of april, 2008
The Saudi-Pak Tower is an office building in Islamabad's Blue Area, housing various local businesses as well as some world-wide offices.

The tower serves as a local landmark and is noted for its almost solid exterior. The beige-coloured edifice is trimmed with blue tilework in Islamic tradition, and is one of Islamabad's tallest buildings. It is known as one of the most secure buildings in Islamabad .

The Saudi Pak Tower is also hosting the head offices of some multinationals telecommunications firms.

I have been worked in Islamabad 's Blue Area for almost six months.Everyday ,I see this landmark building.There is few tall building in Islamabad,So you can see Saudi-Pak Tower from far far away and even could be seem on the Margalla Hills.

The shah Faisal Mosque is the largest mosque of Islamabad, Pakistan. It is superbly situated near the Margalla Hills.





It has sloping roofs, an opulent marble face and four towering minarets.







The complex also houses the Islamic Research Centre, library, museum, lecture hall, cafeteria and the offices of the faculty of the Islamic University situated there.







I like to visit the holy place and meet local warmhearted people .Sometimes they will invite you to take picture with them and many local people even can say hello in Chinese word .When I talk with pakistanese they often say that Chinese and Pakistanese are not friends but brothers.
