I do not know if are allowed direct contact so, I do not really know what is the policy in this case to dreamstime.

Riverbyrnes, you can contact Mega11 by going to one of his/her images and then clicking on the "Tools" tab (right next to the "Download RF stock illustration" tab). There is a field to send a comment which will go to Mega11. You may or may not hear back; it depends upon how often he/she is currently logging in to Dreamstime. If you cannot get the information you are wanting, you should be able to provide a credit line with the username of Mega11 and a mention of Dreamstime.
I love your work! I would like to use on of your pictures for the cover for a short young children's story - but for that, I need to be able to contact you as I'll need to (and want to!) credit you with the picture.
