New assignment

Wohoooa, at least, a perfect one for me! Sea, sun, fun...And be prepared, I'll be the model :) - I hope, DT will approve my pics, I'll upload them today's evening (or as soon as I can)...if I'll be lucky, I'll let you know, but till then wish good luck to me! :)

Anyway, I have two important questions about this idea, I hope you can help me with them:

1. Is it acceptable by DT if I'm the model and just write it to the comment field during uploading? Or do I need to fill a model release for myself?

2. If I'm the model, the owner of the cam, I'm the person who check settings and composition, but my partner push the button - is it my photo or not? Should I use a tripod in that case?

Please, let me know your thoughts about it, I'm sure you have more experiences than me!

Good luck to everyone. You have to have a MR on yourself.I am sure that will be fine.I thought answer your question before.my mind is not working good today LOL

You'll need a model release for yourself. If you're sure no one will ever say that you were not the one pushing the button I guess you won't have any problems ;)
I've more than once considered getting myself in the pic for some situations like those, but I'm far too ugly and that wouldn't do any good to my sales :D
Good luck

1. no you will need a model release including your signature as model and photographer and also a witness who signs too!
2. Don't think this will be a problem.

Good luck! :)

I rarely use hard Photoshop effects, I'd better see the real world in my photos. My main interests are travelling and towns - and nature, of course. I think I'm good at nightscenes - however, I don't like to take photos about people, so my pics sometimes seems a little static - mainly for Stock photographing, but I don't give up. :) Lots of my photos are based on R... [Read more]
