Emotional Canvas

posted on 20th of october, 2009

Not long ago my father suddenly passed away. A shock for the family, left behind. My dad and mum always liked the photograph i took of them. Both watching the sunset, holding hands. My dad said many times, with this photograph i will go around the world together with your mum.

Due to the new feature, i ordered a big canvas with this photograph for my mum's 70 th. birthday next month. I know for sure, she will be pleased with it and for me I am so lucky to have this beautiful memory in my portfolio and it was more easy for me to order this personal canvas through Dreamstime.

I can't wait to hear her reaction when it will be delivered, unexpected, to her home.

So sad! I know how you feel! My Mum passed away 3 months ago and I too have images of them together in my portfolio. One of them is of them walking away from a camera down a pier out to sea. I was feeling really sad one day and asked for a sign from her... This particular image doesn´t sell too much and when I went to look at my stats that day, it had sold 3 times. Totally unheard of for that photo. Yours is a beautiful image and a wonderful way to remember your parents together. All the best to your Mother.

A passing is a very sad thing, but your mother will absolutely love this special photograph, her and your father, preserved permanently forever.
