First 100$

posted on 2nd of may, 2009

I got them :)
You know, when your hobby brings you money that's great :)
I think I'll use the money to buy something for my newborn son. And maybe go to the cinema one day (haven't been there for ages!)

Birth of a baby

posted on 4th of may, 2009

I think birth of a baby to be a serious challenge for the young family.
First, the pregnancy... It's easy to love your wife when she feels good. And it's a test for you love and patience when she cries for no reason and her mood changes from happy to bad dozens times a day. In these months I realized my husband to be the most loving and patient man I ever knew.
And then, the baby... It's easy to love your cute newborn son when he's happy and cheerful. But it's a test for your love and patience when he cries for hours on your hands. Less than two months passed since our son was born and I know that my husband is also a loving and patient father. I also discovered lots of patience in myself, that's strange. I've never been like that before.
And when you have a baby every day you...

Congratulations on a wonderful little son, and on finding a great husband as well. Hopefully you will add to your portfolio some nice shots of your son as he grows.

Not only in America - in Russia too. It's really sad but maybe some husbands deserve it. I'm a happy woman because my husband is a wonderful person.

Congratulations!!! This is a very true article! I really appreciated how you praised your husband in the article - so many women in America put their husbands down all the time.

Dead end

posted on 18th of may, 2009

You know, we have lots of weird architecture in our city. I think I should start collecting them already. That's the first one. Stairs leading to nowhere.
I wonder why would some arcitect plan such a thing? There are no sings of a passage ever was in this wall. No window either. Just a solid white wall and the stairs to it.
Dead end in a dead end. It's a mystery to me why the stairs were built :) Any ideas? ;)

Oh, I love Narnia series! :)))
I read them all in Russian translation)

The header part that is what looks like what used to be the top of the door looks like the top of a sliding patio door. Maybe it used to be a kind of porch? Or back door?

But I like the fantasy idea better! Have you ever read The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (part of The Chronicles of Narnia series)? Where they find a wardrobe that has no back and leads to another world when you walk through it? I love fantasy stories!!!!

So it used to be a door? That explains a lot :)
When my brother and I were kids we liked such strange architecture because it's a huge field for fantasy.
This one could be the Hidden Door which leads to some mystic place etc...
I shoot this one because it reminded me good old time when I played with my brother :)
