This was an assignment file that has been rejected before. The problem is "The image contains a large amount of noise artifacts. Please fix this issue using noise-removal software and resubmit."
Unfortunately, the assignment was closed by that time. Anyway, after I fixed the problem, then I resubmit it as regular file and now it has been approved. I am very happy because I personally like this image very much. Thanks DT!

Your image is great.... very powerful. I am in a similar situation with an image I really like first rejected as an assignment then redone correcting technical issues and subsequently submitted as an ordinary image but rejected again. I have now appealed. After 560 uploads one feels that one can judge whats good and what isn't and what will sell ! Its not often one feels really indignant at decisions but it can happen ! David.
