I'm having tough time getting my images approved, though...rejections are overnumbering approvals!

Noodles I would think the standards of technical quality would be the same regardless of commercial or editorial to be accepetd. I have had editorials accepetd and some not based upon the quality of the photo. And remember there are certain critera a photo has to be in order to be a editorial. Read about editorials first before you submit as such. I have several of them in my portfolio if you care for examples.

thanks, Everyone...I will keep on updating and improving the quality of my shots...
just one more thing, do you think the submissions to the editorial class have an higher percentage of success as I do?

Get used to it. It can be a roller coaster ride. Last month I had my best month in terms of sales and acceptance ratio, 61.9%. This month has been horrible, only 33%. Keep you chin up, learn from your mistakes and your numbers will get better.
