I bought a new camera! The Nikon D7000!

posted on 17th of may, 2011

I finally decided after much research and consideration to purchase the new Nikon D7000 today. I spent the afternoon charging the battery and reading the user's manual. Tomorrow will be the first time I use it! Wish me luck!

Nice choice!! I am also a long time Nikon shooter, and have always been satisfied. (I use a D300.) You are patient--even reading the manual. What lens did you start with? I'll also keep an eye out for your images. Have fun.

Great choice! I've always been a Nikon user. I have a D80 and a D300s and I love them both. I've read great reviews on the D7000. I can't wait to see your new images! :) Happy shooting and enjoy!

You did not mention how much you got it for (exporing the possibility of me buying it)

Wow, you bought nice camera.
I can't imagine how do you manage to wait so easily for battery to charge your camera.
I would be tempted to use it while is on charger.
It won't take long for you to upload picture that will be accepted here on Dreamstime.
Keep your lenses always clean.
